Montrachet Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
Pet Fees:
Pet Deposit: $300 per pet
Pet Rent: $35/month per pet
